We can connect you with a network of drivers. You must be departing from Johnson or Linn counties, but we may be able to connect you with drivers if you live in other counties as well. To request a ride, we will need the following information in your request:
- The date and time of your clinic appointment
- The location of the clinic
- Your location for pickup
- If there are any accommodations you may need to make the trip more feasible.
