If you are living in Iowa, less than 12 weeks pregnant, and have barriers to buying your own abortion pills, we can help you get pills. Because of security concerns, we will not do drop-offs face to face.
Instructions and support regarding using abortion pills
We have doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals that can provide information on how to use abortion pills safely and answer any medical questions you may have. We can also connect you with local abortion companions/doulas to help guide you through the process.
Travel support
If you need a surgical abortion or simply want clinic facilitated care, we can provide rides to Illinois or Minnesota with trusted individuals in our network.
Miscarriage Support
The medical guidelines to manage a miscarriage with pills are very similar to the guidelines for an abortion with pills. We can provide all the same things to people experiencing miscarriage.
