The mission of Autonomy Iowa City is to provide support to people who are self-managing healthcare in or outside of Iowa.

We assist people seeking to safely self-manage an abortion or miscarriage, help with out of state travel for abortion related medical care, and assist trans people seeking DIY HRT. We also provide support and education to people choosing self-managed abortion or self-managed gender affirming care. Our services are free and confidential. We believe that bodily autonomy is a human right.
